Orders, MOQ, and Pricing

What is your minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 50 pieces per design. We support low-batch trial orders, suitable for brands, sports clubs, organizations and creators.

How are custom products priced?
The price is determined by product size, plating, craft type (soft enamel, hard enamel, UV printing, die-struck etc.), color count and total order quantity. Send us your design and requirements, we will provide a detailed quotation.

Can I get samples before bulk production?
We provide a free digital proof for your approval before mass production. Physical samples can be arranged upon request.

Artwork and Customization

What file formats should I send?
Preferred files are AI, EPS, PDF or high-resolution PNG.

What if my artwork is not production-ready?
If your sketch or image is not ready for production, our team can help adjust and optimize the artwork.

Will I approve the artwork before production?
Yes. We will not start mass production until you confirm the artwork, colors, size and layout of the digital proof.

Production, Shipping, and Payment

How long does production take?
Normally production takes around 7–12 working days after proof approval. Lead time may vary based on order quantity and craft complexity.

How do you ship international orders?
We offer global shipping solutions including express and air freight for international customers.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) and XTransfer.

Can you keep consistency for repeat orders?
Yes, we keep your design records, so repeat orders can maintain consistent quality, color and finishing.
